Order Cancellations:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the AI Chat service has already been delivered or initiated.
For digital services like AI Chat, once the session or service has started, cancellations are generally not permitted.

AI Chat services, once delivered or initiated, are non-cancellable.
Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of KundliSage in the event of technical errors or non-delivery of service.

Service Not Delivered or Technical Errors
If you experience a technical issue or the AI Chat service is not delivered as promised, please report it to our customer service team within 7 days of purchase.
Requests will be reviewed, and if the issue is confirmed, a refund or re-delivery of the service may be approved.

If you believe the AI Chat service did not meet your expectations, notify our customer service within 7 days of purchase.

If a refund is approved by KundliSage, it will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
